Sarantel GeoHelix-S Active GPS Antenna provides 24dB of gain in a small, surface mountable quadrifilar helix package with a high-performance, low noise, low power amplifier.
The GeoHelix-S delivers stable performance in all modes of use, whether it’s measured in free-space or surrounded by lossy dielectric materials, and is suitable for embedded or externally mounted application
Ideal uses for the Geohelix-S GPS Antenna include PDAs/PNDs, smartphones, GPS/Bluetooth® navigation device any device where the GPS receiver requires a high-gain pre-amplifier, where the receiver or antenna co-exist with other RF or high-frequency electronics or where the device is to be held or worn by the user.
