Chemical Ceramic coatings repel water, oils, sea salts, chemical pollutants, fuel and acids.
HVAC systems treated with Chemical Ceramic are 10% - 15% more efficient**, last longer, and require less time to clean. ( Can be applied at the factory or in the field - no specialized tools required ) Nanometer sized particles fill voids thus insuring contact for swaged fin & tube type heat exchangers and increasing thermal performance.
Chemical Ceramic coatings are 100% inorganic and 99% UV resistant.
Chemical Ceramic is available for anti-graffiti, anti-corrosion, anti-fungal and a high temperature sealing (up to 1500° F) applications.
Material has been approved by the U.S. Naval Environmental Health Center for use on ships.
